MANAGEMENT BIOGRAPHY 

Jamie Ternoway has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry.  As Director of Construction, he is responsible for overall operations management, pre-construction, and construction phase services.  Areas under his direction include client relations, cost control, project coordination, safety, expediting, negotiations, purchasing and scheduling.

When Mr. Ternoway began the business in 1999, he knew that to be successful, he would have to deliver a product that was better than the competition. He concentrated on delivering quality construction services, emphasizing full service technologies, while maximizing value and schedule for his clients.  Jamie is able to manage multiple projects and supervise sub-contractors and materials all while promoting leadership, development, punctuality and safety.

Jamie comes from a construction and building material background and is very well versed in scheduling, managing product delivery and subcontract administration. He has a positive, driving attitude that influences all who interact with him in a positive way. His eagerness to problem solve and his willingness to fight for what is right makes him an intricate part of Braewood Developments Inc.

With over 25 years of construction experience it is no wonder why Jamie has been instrumental in the company’s growth.  As Director of Construction, he personally oversees all pre-construction services and construction operations, as well as managing all key personnel.  He has diversified experience with an extensive background in commercial, industrial, retail and institutional construction.  As a result, clients have sought the services of Braewood Developments Inc. repeatedly throughout the years.

Bringing the companies construction efforts together with critical information is an important area of Mr. Ternoway’s responsibilities. His extensive knowledge of construction finances, contractual agreements and project management are helpful in guiding the company. Jamie continues to set new levels of leadership all while constructing relationships as strong as the foundations of our buildings.
